Life is a crooked road. Distance is measured in time rather than miles, and there are detours and miscalculations that can enhance the journey, or cut it short. We begin at different times, from various locations, and experience what we encounter from different viewpoints. Life is a crowded place, with an expanding amount of earthly things to encounter.
